Little Learning Bears is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Internet. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once you have placed your order on the Site, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is not an acceptance of your order. Acceptance of your order will be perfected upon completion of the packing of your order unless you cancel your order. We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party because of our withdrawing any product from the Site or refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun. Our folders are made to order and therefore, we only offer cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.

Our Site uses a third party payment processor ‘PayPal’. We reserve the right to add or change our payment methods at sole discretion anytime.
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP Pounds. Sometimes we need to make changes to the price of some of our products. When this happens, we’ll update the prices on our website. If you had placed your order for a product before the price change, the price will be as stated on our website at the time when you had placed your order.
Personalised products have a current turnaround time of approximately 4-5 weeks. Non personalised products have a turnaround time of approximarely 2-3 weeks.
8. Incorrect /Damaged Items
If your item has been delivered to you and is faulty, damaged, is the wrong colour or has been spelt incorrectly, then please email littlelearningbears@hotmail.com with a photo of the damage or spelling error (made by us) within 30 days of receiving your items and we will send you a replacement. Please state your order number in the email. We will not accept any returns after the expiry of the 30 day period.
You agree to use the Site and the Services only for purposes that are permitted by these Terms and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and generally accepted practices or guidelines in the relevant jurisdictions. You may only use the Site and Services for your non-commercial, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, and limited personal use, and no other purposes.

How long will my order take?
Personalised products usually have a turnaround time of approximately 3- 4 weeks. During extrememly busy periods we will work on a pre-order system.
Non personalised products such as flashcards and Non Personalised Learning Folders (Fast Track) will be dispatched within 2 weeks - unless stated otherwise. During extrememly busy periods we will work on a pre-order system.
Can I Have Request Specific Designs Or Have My Folder Tailor Made To My Preferences?
Currently we are unable to offer bespoke designs or tailor made products. Our folders have been carefully created by a qualified primary school teacher and the activities aim to support learning at each stage.
